a bit about me…

Having worked with a coach myself for several years, I saw how it helped me become more self aware, more effective as a leader and more relaxed as a parent. Coaching helped me be a better example for my team and my children, and in general much more secure and at peace.

What I love about coaching is that every session can be completely different. One day it’s a light hearted exercise, the next it’s a deep conversation. As the client you decide what you want to get out of it, and the coach follows your lead.

After 10 years in hospitality, mainly spent running operations for a boutique hotel chain in Times Square, I learned a great deal about leadership, culture and values.

Responsible for a team of almost 40 people, I witnessed the power of coaching. It was a privilege to be a guide for young leaders to strengthen emotional intelligence, balance confidence with humility, build autonomy, and optimize team morale. Service being in my DNA, I eventually decided to pursue coaching full time and I’ve never looked back.

As a parent of 2 young children I observed many overlaps between leadership and parenthood. We make it so hard for ourselves these days and we are under a lot of pressure as parents. I decided to dive deep into studying conscious parenting, and I love how it’s helped me feel much more at ease on a day to day basis. It’s an honor to now accompany parents on their journey of self discovery, and their path towards more harmonious and respectful relationships with their kids.

With an Indian father and a Dutch mother, I’ve always been fascinated by culture, so when I’m not coaching I’m exploring the world as much as I can. The magic truly happens for me when I’m outside of my comfort zone. Having lived in The Hague, Lausanne, London and New York, I have now found my new home in the gritty yet cozy Eastern part of Berlin.
